Here’s how I approach it:

  1. Aligning Business Goals with Technical Execution
    Start by understanding the client’s business objectives, KPIs, and long-term vision. Translate these goals into clear technical requirements that developers can execute while ensuring scalability and performance. Ensure that every technical decision (platform, architecture, integrations) supports business growth and conversion optimization.

  2. Prioritizing Features Based on ROI
    Not all features provide equal value—prioritize development efforts based on impact vs. effort. Balance innovation with practicality by evaluating which enhancements truly drive revenue, reduce operational costs, or improve UX.

  3. Managing Technical Debt & Scalability
    Magento projects often accumulate technical debt if not managed properly. I ensure teams follow best practices in code quality, modular development, and documentation. I advocate for scalable architectures, including Hyvä, which simplifies Magento’s frontend, reduces technical debt, and significantly improves site performance—aligning both technical and business goals.
