Q: Can you share an example of a time when you successfully navigated a significant business challenge?

A: We've all faced numerous challenges over the past few years, so there's no need to highlight a specific one. Whatever challenge your business encounters, it's crucial to listen and adapt. Listen closely to your customers, understand the difficulties they face, and be flexible enough to find ways to help them overcome those challenges, even if it means venturing into new territory or challenging your past experiences.
