How do you handle conflicting priorities between clients and internal teams?

As a Project Manager, I prioritize transparent communication and stakeholder alignment. When conflicts arise, I assess the impact of each task on business goals, urgency, and resource availability. For example, if a client requests an urgent bug fix while the team is mid-sprint on another task or project, I collaborate with all parties involved, including other Project Managers, to negotiate timelines or reallocate resources. This approach ensures that critical client needs are met without compromising internal workflows. Regular prioritization reviews and the implementation of Agile methodologies help balance expectations, while providing clear updates to clients fosters trust and effectively manages delivery timelines.
